Ingredients

  • Yogurt – 200 ml
  • Diced Mango – 1 Cup
  • Grounded cardamom – 1/2 Tbsp
  • Ice cubes – 3-4
  • Sugar

How to Make

Pour about 1 cup of yogurt (or 1⁄2 cup of yogurt diluted with 1⁄2 cup of chilled water) into a blender, according to the appropriate consistency. Stir in ice cubes. Attach the pulp of mango or the diced mango. Add cardamom to the blender and whip these ingredients together for 1-2 minutes.  Serve with garnish.

  • Yogurt – 200ml
  • Diced strawberries – 1 Cup
  • Mint leaves -1-2

  • Sugar

How to Make

Pour about 1 cup of yogurt (or 1⁄2 cup of yogurt diluted with 1⁄2 cup of chilled water) into a blender, depending on the consistency required. Add some ice cubes. Add some diced strawberries. You can also use strawberry pulp or syrup to enhance your taste. Whip the ingredients together in a blender for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with the leaves of mint and serve.

  • Ripe Avocado – 1
  • Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Sugar or salt to taste
  • Green cardamom pods – 4

  • Ice cubes – 3-4

How to Make

Pour about 1 cup of yogurt (or 1⁄2 cup of yogurt diluted with 1⁄2 cup of chilled water) into a blender, according to the necessary consistency. Add ice cubes and sugar/salt according to your taste  Remove the pulp of the avocado or whole avocados. Crush the seeds of cardamom and add them to the blender. Whip those ingredients together for 1-2 minutes in the blender. Garnish then serve.

  • Yogurt – 200 ml
  • Mint leaves – 8-9
  • Pepper – ½ tbsp
  • Ice cubes – 3-4
  • Salt

Pour 1 cup (or 1⁄2 cup of yogurt, with 1⁄2 cup of cool water) of yogurt into a blender per the required consistency. Add ice cubes.   Add crushed leaves of mint. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper. In the blender, whisk thoroughly for 1-2 minutes. Garnish and then serve

Ingredients

  • Yogurt – 200ml
  • Ice cubes – 3-4
  • Cumin powder – ½ tbsp
  • Chaat masala – ½ tbsp
  • Red pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Green chilly (finely chopped) – ½ tbsp
  • Handful coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste

Pour about 1 cup of yogurt (or 1⁄2 cup of yogurt diluted with 1⁄2 cup of chilled water) into a blender, depending on the consistency required. Add some ice cubes. Add cumin powder, green chili, red pepper, chopped coriander, chaat masala, and salt to taste. Mix well in the blender for 1-2 minutes. Garnish it and serve it.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt – 200ml
  • Saffron – 1/2 tbsp
  • Hot water – 1tbsp
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • Sugar

Mix the hot water with the saffron and let it stand for 10 minutes. Pour about 1 cup of yogurt (or 1⁄2 cup of yogurt diluted with 1⁄2 cup of chilled water) into a blender.
