1. Gulab Jamun

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of Khoya
  • 3 Tbsp. of  Whole-wheat flour

  • 200 grams of Canola Oil

How To Prepare

  • Mix well the flour and khoya in a bowl and make round balls of this mixture.
  • To make a sugar syrup, use 1⁄2 liter of water with 3 Tbsp of sugar and add a pinch of saffron.
  • Deep cook the gulab jamun with oil in a saucepan.
  • To a sugar syrup add the hot gulab jamuns and serve hot.

  • 250gms  Cashewnuts 180
  • 250gms Organic Sugar
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • Few Silver leaves for decoration(Optional)

How To Prepare

  • In a blender, combine the cashews and milk to make a fine paste
  • Mix paste and sugar, cook on low heat until the sugar dissolves, and then boil it.
  • Stir until the mixture leaves the pan and becomes a dough-like paste. Stir well over medium heat
  • Remove the heat and roll it to around 1⁄4 cm thickness when cool enough to treat a greased surface with a grated rolling pin.
  • Cover the silver leaf and cool, then cut into a diamond piece.

  • 250ml Milk
  • 25gms Rice Flour
  • 50gms  FinestIrani Pistachio

How To Prepare

  • Mix the sugar and the milk together and boil.
  •  In the mixture, add rice flour.
  • Cook on a low flame this mixture until the mixture gets thick and runny batter.
  • Add pistachio and cardamom powder to the batter.
  • Cook the whole mixture until smooth
  •  Pour the mixture into glasses or mud pots, allow to cool before serving for an hour.

4. Apple Rabdi

This rabbi is definitely a joy for everyone. Good for all, simple to make, containing good amounts of milk calcium and the requisite apple vitamins and minerals, this sweet dish makes a yummy combination of all the vital nutrients. Adding to its flavor is cardamom and nutmeg, incredible spices for one health that work wonders.

Ingredients:

  • Low-fat milk – 1 cup
  • Grated apples (with skin) – 1 small
  •  Cardamom (elaichi) powder – ¼ th tsp
  •  Nutmeg (jaiphal) powder – a pinch
  • Sugar – ½ tsp

How To Prepare

  • In a deep non-stick pan, bring the milk to the boil and stir for 10 to 12 minutes, while scratching the sides.
  • Add the grated apple, stir well and simmer for the next 2 to 3 minutes, mixing in between scraping the sides of the pan.
  • Fill in the cardamom powder and nutmeg powder, blend well, and keep aside to cool.
  • After the rabadi has cooled the sugar should be added, mix well and cool for at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.

5. Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake

This gluten-free cake is made of almond flour, chocolate chips, and apples. It’s safe and guilt-free.

Ingredients:

  • 180 gm dark cooking chocolate
  • 100 gm butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • Salt, a pinch
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp ground almond
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • For the chocolate ganache:
  • 100 gms chopped chocolate
  • 100 gms cream

How To Prepare

  • Line up the bottom of a 7-inch cake tin with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate and butter over medium-low heat in a large saucepan. Remove until chocolate and butter have melted and become smooth.
  • Add sugar, salt, and almonds to low fire. Now stir and add cocoa powder.
  • Remove the pan from heat. Whisk in eggs, one after the other.
  • Give the mixture a good whisk until it looks smooth and glossy and, in the end, pour the vanilla essence.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan. In a heated cooker, pour sand to about 1/4 th of the depth and cover with foil.
  • Place the cake saucepan in the cooker and close the lid for 30 minutes.

6. Ragi Malpua

This recipe uses ragi flour, atta, oats, and a wholesome, guilty free experience. “Malpua is normally deep-fried, but a non-stick pan may be used to minimize the excess oil intake.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Ragi atta
  • 2 Tbsp whole wheat atta
  • 1 Tbsp Oats (ground)
  • To taste Freshly ground sugar
  • A few tablespoons of milk
  • Rice bran oil per malpua
  • Pomegranates, to garnish
For the filling:
  • Coconut, grated 2 Tbsp
  • Melon seeds 2 tsp
  • Green cardamom powder 2 tsp
  • Organic honey 2 tsp

How To Prepare

For the filling
  • Dry roast melon seeds 2 minutes with grated coconut. Turn the heat off.
  • Add honey and cardamom powder. Blend well.
For the malpua
  • Blend all the flours together and add some milk to create a runny paste. Then spread the sugar over the ground. Then whisk again.
  • Now take in a flat pan with rice bran oil. Take the malpua batter ladleful and pour the batter in the center. Let it brown, and wait for the edges to fall a bit. Then turn it over and the other side brown.
  • Once it gets too crisp, take it off the pan or it won’t fold.
  • Fill in the coconut mixture
  • Garnish with the pomegranates.
  • Serve it.
