They can lock other ingredients in your skin such as serums, and they have a much lighter consistency than the night creams, so no oil stains are left on your pillow.

Overnight Face Masks That You Can Try

Although the market has many overnight masks, they typically contain chemicals and preservatives. Fragrances, particularly if you have sensitive skin, can also irritate you. Therefore, try to make masks at home overnight. When you don’t know how to make natural face masks for the overnight, we have some fantastic recipes to try.

1.Tomato and Honey

Tomatoes are an organic astringent that can assist in suntan removal and can cure sunburns. Honey is another skin-friendly ingredient. It makes the skin smooth and moisturizes. It is a perfect face mask for bright skin.

For this you need

  • Tomato Juice – 3 tbsp
  • Honey – 1tbsp

Method

  • In a bowl, combine the two ingredients and apply onto your face.
  • Put the mask on your face and keep it overnight.
  • Do wash your face with water in the morning.
  • The mask should be used twice a week.

2. Aloe Vera and Vitamin E

For several decades, aloe vera has been used in the skin and has amazing hydration properties. It is a highly effective home-made mask for the overnight with Vitamin E.

For this you need

  • Aloe vera gel – 1 tbsp
  • Vitamin E capsules – 2

Method 

  • Mix all ingredients together well.
  • On your face, apply it.
  • Rinse the mask with cold water in the morning.
  • Apply this 4-5 days a week to your face.

3. Olive Oil Mask

Olive oil is of great value to the skin as it can exfoliate, moisturize, and nurture the skin.

For this you need

  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Method

  • Apply the olive oil to your face and massage for about 2 minutes on your face.
  • Using a gentle cleanser in the morning to wash your face.
  • Use it as it is and when you like it.

4. Lemon Mask

Lemon is a good Vitamin C source that helps heal and protect skin from damage and is very good for your health.

For this you need

  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp

Method

  • In a bowl, combine the two ingredients.
  • Apply the mixture to your face by using a cotton pad.
  • Let it stay overnight.
  • Wash the face with cold water.
  • Three times a week use this mask.

5. Coconut Oil Mask

Coconut oil purifies the skin when you sleep. Tea tree oils are antibacterial, helpful for scar reduction, and are a great ingredient that can be used for any acne face pack.

For this you need

  • Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
  • Tea tree oil – A few drops

Method

  • In a small bowl, mix the coconut oil and tea tree oil, and apply it on your face.
  • Leave it overnight and rinse with cold water.
  • Three times a week, you can use this mask.

6. Charcoal Mask

Charcoal removes dirt, grime, and excess oil that collects on your skin, which gives your skin a healthy glow.

For this you need

  • Charcoal tablets – 3
  • Gelatine powder – 1 tbsp
  • Water

Method

  • In a bowl mix the tablets of charcoal and gelatine well.
  • To form a paste, put in a little water and place it in the microwave for 15 seconds.
  • Mix well the paste to ensure there are no lumps then apply to your face.
  • In the morning wash your face with the cold water.
  • Just once a week, use this mask.

7. Turmeric and Milk 

Lactic acid found in milk penetrates quickly into the skin, hydrating it and supplying it with a radiant glow. The antiseptic and antibacterial properties of Turmeric helps to destroy and remove any harmful bacteria.

For this you need

  • Milk – 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp

Method

  • In a small bowl, mix the milk and turmeric.
  • Apply the mixture to your face, and leave it overnight.
  • Wash your face, the next day, with cold water.
  • Apply this mask to your face 2-3 times a week, at least.

8. Almond and Milk 

You can make a mask rich in folic acid and vitamin E by combining almonds and milk. This mask makes the skin soft.

For this you need

  • Almonds – 5
  • Milk – 2 tbsp

Method

  • Soak the almonds overnight and peel them out the next morning.
  • In a mixer, blend the almonds.
  • Add the milk, then blend the mixture again.
  • Using a cotton pad on your face and leave for overnight.
  • Clean the face with cold water in the morning.
  • This mask can be used thrice a week.
