Weather fluctuation is constant process. Slightly change in weather will bring lots of changes in our body and impact in our health which makes us ill. Our body takes time to adjust in sudden change in weather. Many people are sensitive to weather changes and mostly experience cough, cold, allergies, joint pains.
To avoid falling sick during weather changes we have to take precaution and create a lifestyle to face any weather strongly without falling ill. It is not weather that makes us fall ill, but the germ which causes allergies. These allergies irritate our lungs and nasal passage making you more open to cold of flu.

Eat Watery Fruits & Vegetables: Eating fruits and vegetables which have water also help to fight against seasonal diseases.
Rest: Take proper sleep to stay healthy and fit. Proper sleep gives strength to immune system to fight again diseases & eliminating toxin.
Walking: Without doing any effort one can stay fit just by walking regularly in morning and evening.
Fresh air is necessary for a body to stay fit and healthy and it also helps in regulating the mood.
